Senior Auditor/Accountant

CPA License Requirement: Yes (or in process)

Experience: 5+ yrs Public Accounting/Audit medium to large firm preferred


Senior Auditor/Accountant experience in audit, review, and compilation engagements in various industries. The candidate should be experienced in planning, performing and reviewing audit and review engagements and supervising Associate /Junior accountants on engagements.  She/he will work under the general direction of the Audit Managers or Partners.

Senior Tax Preparer

CPA License Requirement: Yes

Experience: 5+ yrs Public Accounting/Tax, medium to large firm preferred

 


Preparation of tax returns including detailed review of work product and application of tax law. Preparation and review of tax projections and participation in other tax planning objectives including tax research. Participation in tax examinations for individual and business clients.

Tax Manager

CPA License Requirement: Yes

Experience: 15+ yrs Public Accounting/Tax, medium to large firm preferred

 


Assist with the overall management of the firm’s tax clients including the supervision and training of staff. Review tax returns, tax projections and other areas of tax planning, tax research and the publication of client memorandums and letters and correspondence with taxing authorities.  Must have experience in corporate tax and tax provisions including quarterly estimates FAS 109 (ASC 740) reporting.

Bookkeeper

Experience: Minimum 3-5  yrs preferred

Bookkeeper for high end individuals and related entities. Receipt and processing of mail.  Preparing check registers, issuing checks and preparing deposits.  Perform monthly bank and investment account reconciliations.  Preparation of schedules as needed for insurance, taxes, and various other reporting.  Construction of balance sheet, income statement and general ledgers.  Filing and other administrative tasks. General accounting knowledge, understanding of a balance sheet and cash flow reporting.
