
Richard Barber
Richard Barber is Managing Partner of L.H. Frishkoff & Company. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Studies from England’s Sheffield Hallam University. Rick holds a CPA license in New York and is a member of the AICPA and New York State Board of Accountancy.
Shortly after graduating he moved to the United States and became a CPA. Rick is the in-charge partner for tax and accounting services, working with clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, entertainment, real estate and import/export. He also works with private equity firms where he performs due diligence and advisory on merger and acquisition transactions as well as sophisticated tax strategies. He specializes in purchase/sale transactions providing advice on both the buy and sell side in tax and structure advisory capacity, including due diligence.
Rick resides in Westchester County with his wife and two younger daughters and enjoys golf, traveling, and the New York Rangers.

Charles Fazio
Charles Fazio is a Partner at L.H. Frishkoff & Company. He received his Bachelors in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and worked in public accounting before joining the firm in 2002. Charles holds a CPA license in both New York and New Jersey and is a member of the AICPA and New York State Board of Accountancy.
Charles helps companies in the planning and development stage, navigating tax compliance including creating strategies to mitigate tax liabilities and exit strategies. He works with clients in manufacturing, real estate, hospitality, entertainment, art, wholesalers, distribution enterprises, professional services and private equity.
Charles also works with family offices and high net worth individuals, along with the protection and growth of individual client’s financial interests including estate planning.
Internally, he is responsible for staff development ensuring that the team’s technical skills and professional experiences allow them to expertly support and serve L.H. Frishkoff’s clients. He also guides company policy and procedure, creating a workplace environment that fosters independence and creativity.
Charles resides in Warren New Jersey with his wife and three boys and enjoys volunteering in his community, the Jersey Shore and entertaining.

John V. Perna
John Perna is a Partner of the Firm, with over 40 years of experience in public accounting. He is a graduate of Fordham University. John holds a CPA license in New York and is a member of the AICPA, New York State Board of Accountancy and the Indiana Board of Accountancy. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Catholic Guardian Services and has served on committees and task forces for numerous professional organizations. John began his career at L.H. Frishkoff after graduating college. His focus is on individual, partnership and corporate taxation, estate and trust planning and taxation, business succession, retirement, gifts and education planning, along with not-for-profit and private foundation compliance reporting. He works with high net worth individuals, import and manufacturing companies and private foundations. John’s commitment to excellence and comprehensive approach to problem solving has enabled him to develop strong relationships with his diverse clientele. Clients value his objective and logical advice on matters relating to financial decisions and tax implications that help to achieve their financial goals.
John resides with his wife in New Rochelle, New York and enjoys volunteering in his church, fishing and playing tennis.

Vincent Batista
